  • Date of Birth

Your details will be verified, and your student number emailed to you within 1 business day.

In early 2023 KPU’s IT department completed changes to KPU's IT environment that affected all student email addresses, and impacted alumni ability to access their student email account.

For KPU alumni that graduated in the last four years, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) will be accessible to you if you forget your password. You will continue to be able to access your education profile eg., transcript, credentials, record AND your email inbox will be accessible for four years after your graduation date. However, the domain in the email address changed from “…@email.kpu.ca” to “…@student.kpu.ca”.

For KPU alumni who graduated more than four years ago
If you have not forgotten your password, you will still be able to login as normal to access your profile. If you forget your password, you will not have access to Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and will need to contact KPU IT Service Desk to reset your password. You can then login to access your education profile eg. transcript, credentials, record etc. HOWEVER access to your email inbox was revoked after passing the 4th anniversary of your graduation date.
